The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast tasty. We sat in the common room in the evening and played cards. They were accommodating.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, but they had it set up in the eating area bc they are redoing the food area. I’m sure that will be back to normal soon.

Very comfortable. Would stay again I had to call the front desk twice due to issues with the TV. It didn’t work, if I was on live tv the channels never came through and I couldn’t do the air tv because the WiFi wouldn’t connect. I asked for assistance and never got it. I was told “to check and see if anything was unplugged and to plug it back in because maintenance sometimes unplugs things when cleaning. They would be up to check in a minute” the first time I called. The second time I called they would me maintenance would by up there to fix it and they never came me. I just played with the TV until it worked

Great stay.. only issue would be the water wasn’t as hot as i like.. it was warm rather then hot but overall experience was 10/10

Plugs on night stand didn’t work had to use surge protector behind bed. Behind bed had mixed nuts and other trash. Toilet lid/seat needs to be replaced.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciate the handicap amenities. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and my morning milk was soured.
