The hotel was gorgeous and well-appointed. The staff friendly and helpful. The Chai Latte from the lobby cafe was so good! The only note was that there was only one person working on a Sunday morning and the line was quite long. She did a great job! If I am ever in Columbia, MD again, I will definitely be staying there.

I checked the pool dates and hours online before my stay, and the information stated that the pool was closed. Later that evening, I found out that the hotel had actually extended the pool season. Unfortunately, by the time I learned about the extension, it was too late for me to use the pool.

Excellent stay in the Lake view Balcony. Highly recommend. Everyone was extremely helpful. Special shout out to Director Kareem at the Front Desk. Who went above and beyond to make my husband birthday special at the hotel by special sweetheart amenity to be arranged. And, he gave us amazing room location. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel. Walkway from parking garage to hotel was beautiful but not functional.

My room did not have a lakeview. The room was not properly cleaned, smelled a little and it had dust on certain surfaces, eg. closet shelves.

Check in was quick, parking was convenient. Our room was incredibly quiet - despite being next to the elevator, we didn’t hear a single thing all night. Perfect location to walk to Merriweather and they also had a shuttle to the venue the night we were there. Would absolutely stay again!

It was well kept and the staff was friendly. It felt so muggy and wet. Almost like you couldn’t breathe. I got the worst sleep because of the humid conditions.

Location was fine and the hotel was very clean. I was in town for a concert. When we got back from it at 11:15, we wanted to have a drink. Unfortunately, on a Friday night, we found that the bar was closed. For the amount I was charged for the night, over $600, I expected a little more effort on their part.
