Convenient location, clean rooms.

A breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge, but we found the selection and quality to be fairly average. The biggest concern was that we saw cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. The room has a kitchen area, but it is not well equipped. There were no kitchen utensils, paper towels, toaster, or kettle, which made the kitchen area much less useful than expected. The room was also quite dark because there was no window facing outside. The only view was toward the interior of the hotel, with very little natural light. Overall, the room and amenities did not meet our expectations, particularly because of the cleanliness issue, noise, lack of kitchen equipment, and limited natural light.

it was a nice hotel and the staff was really nice.
-
The room was very clean but I notice an ant infestation the last night I was in the room.
-
Nice hotel, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
-
I was given a room that was previously used and was still not ready/cleaned. I was very skeptical, because i thought there were still guests in there.

The properly looks as pictured. The registration and restaurant staff were very nice and pleasant people. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was very good. The property was a little remote for anyone without a vehicle. The hotel shuttle was for members only. The restaurant opens and closes between breakfast, lunch and dinner. One day there was only breakfast and dinner. We used DoorDash.

Clean space, nice staff, wish the breakfast was free but overall great experience.

I didn’t like the set up— the way the hotel was constructed, it was built in a square. The center of the hotel is a big open space and so if people on the ground floor are noisy and you are in an inside room, you hear everything. My husband went out and bought us ear plugs. Also, if you are in an inside room, you get no natural light as the window is to this inside space.

My room was nice and clean, but when I air turned on it smelled like someone had be smoking weed. Also the breakfast was $18.95 they say for buffet, but it’s set up like a continental breakfast same food.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. However, we encountered an issue with the elevators. Fortunately, everything we needed was conveniently located nearby. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. However, our room appeared generally clean until we discovered a used condom near the curtains . This discovery made us quite uncomfortable.

Without question, the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. I booked a King room through Expedia on 03/31/26, for July 17–20 & prepaid over $1,500 in full. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived 1 day late, around 2:30 p.m. July 19. I was then told the hotel had marked us as a “no-show” & given away our fully paid room. No one attempted to contact me or Expedia before canceling & reselling it. The entire weekend, my Expedia reservation still showed as booked. I understand the hotel may have considered us a no-show, but canceling a fully prepaid reservation without contacting the guest or booking agency is not ok. I was repeatedly told to deal with Expedia and that the hotel would do nothing to help. One employee even smirked while telling me this. I felt completely dismissed bc I had booked through a 3rd party. 1 woman at the desk was genuinely kind, but no one else made any meaningful effort to help, despite every nearby hotel being sold out. I stood at the desk quietly crying, requesting help. I was recovering from cancer treatment and dealing with serious health issues, and I had looked forward to this trip for a long time. Instead, staying at the only available property, where I did not feel safe. I later found rooms available on this hotel's own website, making the situation even more frustrating. Other reviews also describe similar experiences. This was not just a policy issue, it was a complete failure of communication, empathy, & basic customer service.

This hotel was so clean and the staff was very attentive! You have to stay at least one night and experience the 5 star treatment and delicious chocolate chip cookies with walnuts.
