Location, Comfy bed, and large room Room was not ready by 4PM which was an hour after normal check in and was told we would be waiting another hour for our room to be ready. Bed only had three small pillows, barely large enough for my head and bed was fairly clean did find some hairs left in bedding

Smelled like dog urine when you walked through the lobby doors. Other than that it was fine.

The hotel elevator, lobby, and hallways were warm to hot inside. The breakfast food was all pre-packed (not fresh). I will stay somewhere else on my next visit to College Station.

Close to campus, food, and shopping. Breakfast bar food was decent, but coffee was bad. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Hotel and room were clean.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room and hallways had an odor. In the bathroom there appeared to be hairs in the shower and sink/vanity area. And there was pink mold in the shower. The bedding didn’t smell fresh. I happened to look at one of the coffee cups (to fill the coffee maker with water) and there was coffee staining inside the cup. I genuinely wondered what housekeeping had done to prep the room. We were only there for a night, but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the various smells and other evidence that it’s not a clean property.

The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously.
