Embassy Suites by Hilton College Station, TX

Awesome place.

Upon checkin, we were given the wrong room even though we told the check in person that we had booked a suite, she argued us that we have only booked a studio. We had to come back to the lobby with proof that we indeed had booked a king suite upon which another front desk staff quickly corrected the issue. The breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were updated however the furniture was old, ripped and broken. The parking garage was nice and the electric chargers were convenient but they don’t charge at the advertised rate which made charging challenging for paying hotel guests as it was limited to only 4 hours. The manager special was good but as there was only one bar tender which led to long wait times as he was always in the kitchen.

Staff was very accommodating

Lovely and spacious accommodations. The only problem was booking the hotel during the hot summer and the pool was not accessible to the guests.

The bed was great The floor / carpet was dirty/ stained and there was hair all over the floor from restroom to where you slept.

Location was convenient to the campus. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout the entire weekend. Outstanding breakfast, and the courtesy shuttle to the game was great

Great place to stay for game weekends. Location is very convenient and we always enjoy the free happy hours and amazing breakfast.

Breakfast staff was great

The staff was amazing, the facility was impeccable, we will be staying again for sure It didn’t have a hot tub or a sauna . I was there for work and even someway to decompress would have been much appreciated.
