Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millenium Center

Good hotel !!

very clean and quiet air conditioner

This is strictly an "I need a place just to sleep to catch my plane in the morning" hotel. It's clean enough, the staff is pleasant, and I actually enjoyed the roasted chicken sandwich. But it feels like the hotel has lost some of its luster -- just like it's "I'm tired, let's wrap this hotel job up" vibe. That said, the free hotel shuttle is extremely prompt; the staff gets the job done (needed more light in the room, and they brought one right up). It's just the physical building that feels like it's seen some things.

Place is decent, a little outdated. The front desk management was excellent, being able to access the computer and printer saved me. However, the cleaning staff was extremely loud right outside of my door. A girl with a clipboard was yelling down the hall, which is totally unacceptable, especially at 8am. I was livid and had planned to sleep in. Another 2 Spanish speaking ladies were also being loud across the hall from my room. The cost was low enough that expectations were not high. But honestly, teach the staff to respect the guest peace and quiet would have gone a long way, especially with how awesome the front desk was. 🤐

Room was clean . AC unit was noisy.

🔥

You can purchase food at their bar. They have a water and coffee station. My only wish was for continental breakfast to be included. The Hotel is clean and the lobby is inviting remodeled since our stay in 2025. The pool is a plus and outdoor sitting area. We would stay here again.

Very clean and helpful staff

Average hotel at best.. had to switch rooms due to musty damp smell.. bar was loud & overpriced.. staff was nice! Coffee was good. Airport shuttle was great & friendly both ways!

Overall nice property. So tired of hotels having carpets in their rooms - find it to be gross and unhygienic. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It’s best I don’t say anything about this rundown place, I couldn’t wait to leave

Good place to stay and close by airport

The hotel was located in the area we needed, close to the airport, very secure, and clean. The lighting could have been better

The room was clean and quiet

When I first arrived, there was a crowd if angry would be guests. The hotel had overbooked their rooms but did manage to find a room for me. Now the ugly part...I was charged $36...for a incidental thst was not explained to me. I really hate this.

Many other guests to include ourselves complained about it.

Stains on sheets!!!

Exceptionally clean room
