The food on the property specifically the the breakfast was terrible. You could see through the Canadian bacon it was sliced so thin. Eggs were fake, blueberry pancakes taste as if they were frozen pancakes. My server was rude because I asked her to take the sausage back because they were cold. I requested the supervisor who touched the meat and was shocked to find the sausage were refrigerator cold. She had my server come and apologize but it was a half azz apology

This was a very good last minute option. The room (604) has no view but that was not needed. It was very quiet and dark. I had an issue with the speed of getting the bill in the restaurant which caused me to miss a connection.

When I arrived for checkin I was asked to add my name and phone number to an unsecured list attached to a clipboard. This is what they use to contact guests when rooms are available. Keith, the manager, is extremely rude and condescending noting “ because they are busy”. No offer to hold luggage or to utilize amenities- no information on where to find elevators, nor any of the standard information provided upon checkin and welcoming of guests as is customary in all other hotels. The carpet and furniture in the room was stained and outdated. Next visit I will choose the Marriott across the street.

Hotel is wonderful, but the transfer from the airport to the hotel is a cluster. You have to get from the airport on a “domestic shuttle” to a way station to be picked up - 20 minutes. Then wait for the shuttle that is packed and not timely. Best advice - jump in a cab or uber to get there!!

Always enjoy myself when I visit this hotel. The power went out, knocking off the A/C. This was not the fault of the hotel.

I enjoyed the beautiful property and location. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful l.
