I stayed in a suite with the living room and the kitchenette. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The floors were dirty as soon as I walked in, and there were dirt spots on the walls as well. The lighting in the room was extremely dim with one even flickering in the bathroom. The bathroom was the dirtiest of all when I unfolded one of the neatly rolled towels off the counter. There were several black hairs in it There were also black hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. As I exited the building there was absolutely no one around to check out or say thanks or goodbye. Terrible experience.

Our room was in a separate building and before we even got inside, the exterior entrance door was broken and completely unsecured, meaning anyone could enter. That immediately felt unsafe. The first room was filthy: the shower floor was black and dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, pillows were missing pillowcases, there were two bags of trash left in the TV cabinet from a previous guest, the shower doors were dirty, and there was a large bug/spider on the bathroom floor. I showed the front desk employee pictures. She was very apologetic and tried to help by moving us. Unfortunately, the second room had the same dirty shower floor and several dead crickets. We were then shown a third room, and it was also dirty with the same evidence. By around 4:30 a.m., after three unacceptable rooms, I requested a full refund, which they thankfully provided. This property clearly needs new or significantly improved management, housekeeping standards, maintenance, and security procedures. The hotel appears neglected. This hotel clearly needs better management, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. The property feels neglected and unsafe. I do appreciate the front desk employee for being kind and trying to help, but I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.

Nice rooms good location good price. Needed better cleaning of elevator lobby should've been mopped at night not during checkout and a larger sign on the entrance. But overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay

He enjoyed our stay it was nice quiet the rooms were clean. We only wish that they would’ve actually kept breakfast food available. We were still there early, but they were still out of food.

Decent hotel. Clean & friendly staff. Extremely disappointed in breakfast. Saw advertised that it had "breakfast buffet" which was one if the reasons we chose this hotel over a lesser expensive one. It was a basic hotel breakfast. Food was cold & we actually threw it away & ate a yogurt. Disappointed.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever!! They put us in a room with wet carpet that had water running from the AC. They changed our room only to put my brother & sister in law in the same room. The bathroom door barely closed & there was no door knob. Bathroom sink had weak running water! If you turned it up too high, it would splash all over my clothes. I would rather stay at a Motel 6 than here!! Just awful!

My room wasn't clean. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The tub had a dirt ring in it and there was chips of paint in it also. I didn't like the SIZE of the sink because it wasn't too small for me to wash my face.

This was my first time staying at the property. Staff was very nice, the lobby was nice, breakfast was decent. But the amenities was HORRIBLE. The pool was out of order, all the equipment in the gym had "do not use", except the bike. And our room had 3 big towels, 1 face towel, and 1 medium towel. I went down to ask for towels, and was told they were in the dryer and she will bring them up later. That never happened. We had to go across the street to the Dollar Store to buy towels for our 2 night stay. And the bathroom was nasty, we had to clean it.
