Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and everything was exactly as expected. The service was outstanding, and the attention to detail really made us feel special and welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable experience.

I’ve been traveling here for work over the last 12 years and have stayed in at least 20 different hotels, and you really can’t beat this one’s location, room quality and views.
-
Hotel was mediocre. The cleanliness of the hotel was 5/10, it didn’t have a pleasant smell and empty food trays in the hallways. The views were nice from the room.
-
Love the location and views the rooftop bar was a plus

Luxury is for me! This place is stunning whoever is responsible for all this beautiful work, please step forward. All jokes aside, this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever laid eyes on.

Nice room, good location, with a view over the river. Personal, they learn your name or at least they did mine. Cleaner knew my name, and bell stand staff too, a nice touch. Initially got in the room and went to collect luggage from hotel bell stand. Got back to room door and the battery died on the lock, a bit of a pain going back to lobby. Get back in the room, and the wardrobe was full of balloons from the previous guest. In the bathroom the first towel I pick up is stained with nail varnish. The luggage stand in room was dusty too. In all other aspects the room was nice. To be fair, the hotel do text you how things are going, and I told them this and they gave me a credit. On check-out that credit was missing, but the hotel reception applied it when I was checking out. I had already stayed at the hotel before and it was perfect so I am assuming just a blip.
