New property.

No amenities and the room I reserved was suppose to have a accessible roll in shower and it did not.

They have a bed with no linen service or housekeeping. There cable is horrible constantly grainy can’t even watch anything and they told me to call the cable company myself. What a joke. People outside doing drugs and alcohol and walking around dazed and confused. Keep far away from this place.

The room was clean and the staff reacted quickly to the small issues we encountered.

We booked our room online about two months in advance and planned our arrival so we would have just enough time to drop off our things and head to a concert that we had driven five hours to attend. When we arrived, however, our room was not available. It took nearly an hour for the hotel to figure out a solution. To their credit, they did compensate us by providing a second room at no additional charge, which we genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the long delay caused us to arrive late to the concert and miss the opening band. We were just as excited to see the opening band as we were the headliner, so missing their entire performance was extremely disappointing—especially after driving five hours for the concert and booking our hotel two months ahead of time specifically to avoid problems like this. Aside from the check-in issue, our experience with the hotel was very good. The property was clean, well-kept, and very nice overall. I just wish our reserved room had been ready when we arrived, because that delay unfortunately affected a big part of the reason for our trip..

Clean room ect than you again

There was no coffee pot no coffee mugs. If you wanted any of that, you had to rent it the use of a coffee pot and cups to drink your coffee in.

The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. The only complaint is the induction stove. I did not like it all and it took forever to cook.

Refrigerator was dirty. It had 2 bottles of juice in it. Both were used. Bathroom counter had red substance on it. Microwave was dirty. It had food crumbs still in it. Otherwise the hotel good. Friendly staff.

This is an Extended Stay. I didn't think about that when booking. You get just the basics. No extra blanket, pillow, towel unless you pay a $5.00 fee. Tv had basic channels that went in and out. I just want others to know. It was clean, fairly new build, staff nice.

Everything

Quan checked me in, very polite & accommodating. Facilities are clean & well maintained in what felt like a safe area. Another guest was playing loud music after 10pm, called the front desk & they got the volume turned down. Enjoyed the layout of the room, plenty of storage to keep floor space clear. Would stay again in the future

Good management team. Nautica is outstanding at front desk. JT made great popcorn and awesome lemonade. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back. No floor mat outside the bath tub. It's not safe.

Fuimos a hospedarnos con nuestro perro, y la estancia fue espectacular, la habitación super limpia, el servicio del personal del hotel excelente. Me gusto que la habitación tenia para cocina y una nevera grande aunque no lo utilizamos porque fue muy corto el tiempo de nuestra estancia, lo recomiendo 10/10
