Hilton Phoenix Chandler

We didn't have the breakfast. We had to leave early. So we just skipped it. I'm sure it was a great. Not a thing, we were very satisfied and pleased with the room , staff and the location. A perfect place.

clean room nice staff, easy parking

Walked into a room that was not cleaned or made. The girl at the front desk was so nice and apologetic. Changed our rooms, it was a simple mistake.

Room could use painting, breakfast needs to have simple options like bagels or toast without having to buy buffet, someone should always be at front desk as we had to wait forever for someone to show up to check out. Almost made us late for appointment

Staff were so amazing and accommodating

Notice there was water leak in the cupboard and had to shift the room around 11 pm the next room there was TV not working ,refrigerator off ( not working) Not happy this time

Room doors are too tight to open. Shower is dripping continuously. No iron box. Toilet paper roll holder missing.

The buffet while I sat with my dog. Very kind and helpful! Front desk staff was eager to help also. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, better than other garden inns I’ve been to. I do Wish they had a set TV’s. For a property as well appointed as this one I kinda thought they would.

Superb

Everything was awesome and amazing. Clean comfortable would have been perfect if they would have had more trash cans in the room they had one which was okay. But they should have one in the bathroom. One in the living room or the room other than that, and that's been nippicky about it. Everything was amazing and awesome.

Great staff. Clean room. Bathroom needs upgrades. We only had one towel but were able to get more. We were gone all day everyday but sleep comfortably. Will stay again if needed.

Superb

Clean and easy to find and quiet

Great stay, no issues

I didn’t like this day we had to stay somewhere else

Very quiet and clean and very nice people

Very nice stay clean roomthe staff was

Justin at check-in was exceptional. The room was large and spacious. Very quiet. Pool could have been kept cleaner and the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. Other than that no complaints, will stay again!

Toilet was clogged in the first room we had. Second room much better.

When we arrived we were informed the AC was not working so check-in was not suggested.
