Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center

Great customer service and room was clean.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Good location

Great hotel close to so much!

Pay for breakfast, better off going elsewhere where $100 deposit for room Semi clean restrooms

Clean, friendly and comfortable!

A bit of a strange entrance as the parking lot is shared with some high-rise buildings. They do not tell you that parking is not included in the price. The room was large with modern decor. Bed was very comfy. Small mini frig and a small microwave. Bath was good size. However, I could hear a very large person walking around in the room above me, so be sure and ask for the top floor.

Refreshing drink with lemon downstairs that fills us up. Friendly staffs and considerate

It was a good stay. I will stay again. Bed was comfortable. Maybe upgrade pillows.

Good

Great location right next to Chandler fashion center, Target, Costco and many restaurants. Good amenities including gym, breakfast and bar. Unfortunately maintenance has deteriorated over time. This trip I faced multiple issues in the room - power outlets didn’t work, sink was clogged. Staff was caring but kept assigning new rooms which had other problems. Default housekeeping every 3 days is useless for business travelers.

The only thing that paying 10$ for parking wasn’t pleasant

My husband and I love the location. Within walking distance to the Galleria for shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were extremely helpful.

Toilet was not functioning and AC did not work. Property appears run down a bit. Also parking is extra but is not secure as there are a lot of transients in the area.

Amazing location, lovely room and great facilities

Charged me double taxes on top of pri line fees and told me to go directly through them next time.

Exceptional

Had a really nice stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really nice. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothly during our stay.

Stayed here several times. This time my sink was clogged but maintainer came up to fix it. The bathroom in the lobby also clogged. I let staff know. Great staycation deal. They have no jacuzzi. Overall nice and quiet this time around.

Ms Kim at the front desk went above and beyond her job to make sure our stay was excellent we appreciate her. I would give her 100 stars if I could
