I only have two small complaints about my stay. The rooms were very clean but the bed was ver

Overall, I was happy with everything during my stay There was an incident one night

The breakfast was decent but when I pay over 200$ per night I don’t expect paper plates, plastic silverware and self cleaning. We asked to have our room cleaned and they ”forgot” two days in a row so we never had room cleaning. The fan in the room blows directly on the bed so you are either very warm or sleeping in a complete storm

Easy location for access to the HEB Center. Included breakfast was a plus and room was nice Breakfast was understaffed and not attended to very well. But since it was free guess you get what you get there. Views were just of construction right now but it wasn’t a “destination” stay so that was ok. Also we requested extra pillows for the pull out bed and they were out which was not good

The front desk ladies were great

Handrail in handicap bathtub fell out when my wife grabbed it, narrowly avoiding injury. Staff were indifferent. I was promised a call from management which never happened. There was mold in the toilet, poop and dirty handprints on the wall, and pubic hair all around the bathroom. Though an accessible room was reserved well ahead of our visit, the hotel did not have it ready (and tried to talk us out of it). When we finally got into the room, it was hot. The AC was not turned on ahead of our visit. It never cooled down to a comfortable temperature before checkout the next day (this is Central Texas in Summer). Otherwise, the breakfast was nice.

Room was very clean. 2 waters per day was nice. Would stay again.

The AC in the room wasnt working very well. We asked for a fan and the one that they brought up didnt work. They said that they didn't have anymore. so the room was hot

Friendly staff. The breakfast was the best I have had in years. Very clean breakfast area with fresh cut fruit. Eggs were real and that is rare these days. Very impressive gym area and pool. Can’t go wrong at this place.

Very clean room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a personal preference, the bed was softer than what I'm used to and the pillows were as well. Other than that my stay was great.

Overall it was good but there was 1 piece of animal feces in the hallway going to our room.

Fair warning, there is a bar next door that features local bands and the music is horrendous for about 3 or 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights. We did get the word that they would shut it down at 11 PM and they definitely did but be aware if you are expecting quiet time between the hours of 7 PM and 11 PM you can forget it unless you have a room on the other side of the building. It may be quieter on the other side, so I would request to stay on opposite side of that bar and grill.
