This is our second stay in six months, and the privacy blinds still do not work! The housekeeper paid more attention to our concerns than the standoffish front-desk woman, who was condescending and annoyed that we even raised the issue. The lobby coffee machine was constantly running out of coffee. The bathroom stopper did not work; we reported it, but it was never fixed. Don't expect service or facilities that match their online rating!

I wish the TV was bigger and had ability to connect streaming services like some other hotels do. Other than that the room and hotel was clean.
