Stayed here a couple years ago and it was much nicer then and had a much better continental breakfast.

Tried checking in with my MILITARY ID- USA Staff said she can’t use that- too lazy to ask the resident questions and type in the information-

Shower had a hair in it and leaked onto the floor. Stains at leaking point indicated that this had been an issue for some time. Floor was not clean. Front desk was friendly and professional during my stay.

Best bed I’ve had in a while.

The rooms and hotel were spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and it's the first time in 5 years that I've been in a hotel that didn't smell of weed.

All great. I was surprised by the incidental charge but we did get it all back.

The room was clean and I was thankful for the breakfast.

First when I checked in I asked for extra blankets service desk response was let me see what I can find. Arrive on 4th floor immediately smelled musty and mold if someone couldn't smell that then they had sinus issues. I mentioned to front desk said they need to have entire hotel smell like it does when you walk into the lobby. Arrive to my room it appears clean however there are handprints all over the window like kids were there before me. Bathroom mirror did not light up which was a big issue for me. I asked front desk to have it fixed while I was out for the day she told me would put in order but nothing could be done till Monday because maintenance called out and they are shorthanded. Then I find out sheets not changed but every 3 days which is disgusting!! So my bed was made with dirty sheets . I don't find out until i check out if I request sheets changed then they would. Not sure how much clearer I could have been and the disappointment on my face she knew I wanted clean sheets but never put in request. ..poured a cup of milk which was sour. Just kept getting worse. I chose this hotel for a reason i was excited for my stay but so very disappointed!!

Everything was clean. Should be, relatively new hotel. Staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast selection. Outdoor pool, clean. Small concession area, food to toothpaste. Bar opens at 5. Bed was so very comfortable, on the soft side. Great location off I-95. 2 restaurants right next door and 4 more a 5- min drive away. Check in/out easy. Would stay here again. The yappy little dog down the hall and in the room above us, kids running and jumping until 11 pm. Need more than the 1 clothes drawer and a bigger closet for hanging clothes. Huge room could use a table/chairs.

It was terrible night sleep, the beds were comfortable not just for me - for bedbugs as well, had to leave earlier than planned, very dissapointed

We only stayed overnight passing through on our way to Florida. I was a good stay and there was a place to eat within walking distance.

Very easy to get to off I-95. Good breakfast and friendly staff We have been staying here for our annual trip to Florida since they opened in 2019 or 2020. Seemed like this year it was starting to feel like it’s getting a little run down. One of the 2 elevators was having issues and little bits of damage here and there are adding up. Still a great place to stay in the area though it’s unfortunate to see it aging so quickly

Location works very well for me, very close to expressway. Did not stay for breakfast Days before I arrived at hotel I received an email from hotel stating “ Complete your pre-arrival check-in using the link below to save time at the front desk when you pick up your room keys:“. I did complete the check in via email, including a photo copy of my drivers license and credit card information for incidentals. When I arrived at hotel I was told I needed to complete same information again, including showing my drivers license and providing a credit card for incidentals. Complete waste of my time and staff had no explanation.
