The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and the coffee maker and refrigerator worked well. The gym was clean and provided towels and water and wipes!! Excellent!!

Lizzie was quite helpful giving us suggestions for dinner. Danita at desk very friendly and pleasant. Surprised no breakfast included for Hilton Honors members. Room very clean and comfy.

Room was clean. Staff was professional. However, there needs to be more communication between front desk and housekeeping. I was staying longer than the checkout hour and housekeeping woke me up twice. They made up for it and gave me an extra hour to check out.

The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby was inviting and checking in was simple and fast. I received my key and went to my room. As I exited the elevator I was greeted with the foul smell of dirty feet or gym socks. The carpet in the hallways was stained/dirty with, "who knows what". Everything smelled this way. The room looked straight but it stunk. I just blew it off and went to take a bath and relax. However, the water barely got above 100° so I had a warm bath. I let the hot water run for 20 minutes hoping it would get hotter but it didn't. I travel 40 weeks a year, so getting rest helps me do my job well. As I am laying in the "warm" bath I glance up and under the handicap rails is "BLACK MOLD"! The fungus in this hotel is far below the Hilton standards I have come to expect. The bathroom is unclean, and the whole 2nd floor felt nasty. I even met another traveler the next morning and he confirmed my experience. Black Mold.... come on! Clean the rooms, clean the hotel, that's what I and everyone else is paying for.

Great hotel - very clean, nice rooms, great blackout blinds, and very nice bathrooms. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 rating is because the bed (king) was very uncomfortable.

Our first room was disgusting. Was not cleaned properly- bedsheets were dirty, all the metal in the room was completely rusted, layers of dust, residue on the tv. Moved to a different room which was better but still not anywhere up to Hilton standards.

This is a very nice property with convenient access to gas and shopping nearby. The lobby is spacious and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable.
