Staybridge Suites Brownsville by IHG

Nice place. I wished I could stay longer but they did not have any available rooms.

Good Breakfast, Clean Rooms, Bathrooms could use update.

Looked clean, staff during the day was nice. Staff at night a little grumpy, bed was to firm and there was a bug in our room I only saw one. Overall it was ok.

Clean, comfortable, great fresh breakfast options, and evening appetizers on certain days

Clean room and shops closed by

Very nice I loved it good customer service well kept clean always cleaning in the lobby as people are coming In

I stayed overnight from Austin, Texas, specifically reserving at this location because it has a pool. On check-in, my access cards didn't open the room because the card reader was old and outdated. Upon getting new cards and entry, there was a lizard already relaxing inside. After moving our things into the room and after confirming the pool's hours of operation with the front desk, we changed and headed to the pool only to find it closed due to the chemical treatment. My entire reservation at this location was rendered useless. When I asked if I could have a hotel manager contact me, I was told they were not available and was given a general email to contact them that started with "info@". I will be avoided this hotel in the future.

Great hotel and personnel

Room was clean but you can tell some of the walls needed to be repainted, the baseboards in the restroom were installed leaving gaps that will likely allow for pests to enter the rooms easily, and there was obvious sign’s of holes in the tile of the shower that were covered with caulking but whoever did it didn’t care to make it look decent. Customer service at check in was meh. Still I’m sure this hotel is probably much better than some of the other ones in Brownsville. Like that it was close to many shops and restaurants but finding the hotel at first was a bit quirky on gps. Breakfast and cleaning staff was good. Overall for the price it was decent.

Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush

Hubby loved the kitchen and now says if we stay in a hotel a kitchen is a must 👌

Buen desayuno y habitaciones muy amplias y equipadas

Rooms were really clean, kitchen staff was very friendly.

The beds was very comfortable. The room was a little outdated. The TV was small, but it was nice and comfortable.

Very clean room great amenities like refrigerator and microwave. Very helpful staff and a functional exercise room..

Rooms depicted in photos were not the same as the room I received. The condition of my room was "adequate, but needed upgrading". Overall, it was okay.

Everything was good in the room

I’m here to see the SpaceX launches, This hotel is far from South Padre Island, but a few folks from SpaceX are actually stationed out here. It’s also much more affordable than the hotels on South Padre Island and that’s only a half hour away. The place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. The room has a spotless, microwave dishwasher sink and refrigerator as well as shower and a super comfortable bed.So while I’m 45 minutes from SpaceX by drive, I couldn’t be happier because of how exceptional this hotel is.

👌😍

Clean room with kitchenet. Comfortable bed, good complimentary breakfast. Would stay again.
