Excellent service. The receptionist offered water the second night we got to the hotel. I was surprised when we were informed that breakfast was not included.

Staff was great and good price. The main detraction was the room was run down. Super clean but the bathtub is missing paint and beaten up. The couch has some stains and the wood on the table is worn down. Otherwise, it could be thin walls or just really loud neighbors but I could hear walking above me at night and a loud family in the mornings.

Location was convenient for us. Staff at the front desk was delightful. The bottom of the shower had those traction strips- but they didn’t look clean.

I have always stayed at this location in Brownsville, It is in the middle of town and close to all venues. It is the best hotel in town.

Bathtub was dirty, toilets are too old (flushing takes forever), found a small beetle on top of the bed and lizards everywhere outside the building on top of entrance doors and at the balcony

It was convenient, centrally, located, and easy to get to Old tub and bathroom in dire need of remodeling

Great customer service,Michelle at the front desk was very helpful The bathtub ,needs to be replaced o painted at least.

The stay was good overall but we had no ac the first nit they had maintenance their first thing the next day. They worked on it was tolerable the next night.

Everyone and everything was great!! The only thing is that when I booked my stay, it said that continental breakfast was included and that was not the case. They were so nice to offer me a coupon for free breakfast and it was delicious. I do like where you can grab your own things like make a waffle if I want, toast a bagel, etc but overall it was great.

A/C startup noise sound was similar to a plane taking off. The bathtub had a chip and rusty scratches on the bottom.

This Courtyard Hotel does not offer free breakfast like it announces in your booking they took away the free breakfast but they are still announcing it that was one of my reasons for booking with them their breakfast overall everything else was good the bad the sheets the pillows clean room HBO everything was nice
