Manager and Staff are excellent. Clean faculty. Pantry was a disappointment.

No (free) breakfast or coffee is provided here, and you can't even get coffee after they close their mini-Starbucks at 10am in the morning. Forget about using the coffee machine in the room. I say this because they don't spend much on maintenance... the only elevator in the building was out all week (when we arrived, and when we left). On the second floor, the doorway to the corridor for the rooms has a push to exit bar. The cover is missing from the corner of the bar mechanism and someone could get a nasty scrape if they're not careful. And the same trash was sitting in the parking lot all week too... There were only two bright spots at this hotel, one being the chefs in the restaurant, and the other was the young man (Alex) who ran the Starbucks and took your breakfast orders in the restaurant. Unfortunately for this place, Alex went back to school, and we think he'll have a very bright future. Look for another place to stay in this area. This place is the poor stepchild of Delta by Marriot... shame.

My son and I stayed here the wknd. No issues. Front desk was nice. Their gym was clean. Dorney Park was really close. Only “negative” for me is that the microwave is not in the room, they have 1 located on each floor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing bad was the holding of money on my card the rest was amazing it’s a great hotel nice people.

Common areas were nice. Rooms are kind of outdated and not super clean. The elevator was also broken. I would not book this hotel again.

Staff was pleasant. Hallways had strange smell as did our room. There were a few odd flying bugs. The rooms had nice upgraded bathrooms with good lighting which I loved. I don't understand why hotels if you list that you have 4 guests in the room they only give enough towels for 3 people. I stay out of town a lot and get tired of always having to ask for more towels. I always have to go get the towels as well. I understand staffing, but it is frustrating. Just give enough towels in the first place. I went to desk, asked for 3. Only had 2 to give me. At the end of the day, not a huge issue just annoying. Overall ok stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The pool was getting maintenance so I can’t speak to it.

It was lovely. Very appealing, approaching the front entrance. Inside beautifully decorated with a fresh smell throughout the lobby and corridors. No problems parking, well lit with steps to entrance. Accommodation, room was very clean, inviting and felt like home. Our view looking over the swimming pool outside was lovely and inviting. Staff was friendly. The only issue, the corners of the beds. My wife really bumped her leg but icing it immediately help not forming a bump. I think installed bumper pads would be great.The wife placed separate trash cans in front of the two edges of the bed to go around it. Otherwise, definitely returning.

I found the room to not be as clean as I would have liked, and there was only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left in my room when I checked in. The elevator was out of order, but the front desk clerk neglected to mention that.

I had a wonderful stay at Delta hotels by Marriott last weekend\. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations\. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

When we arrived after a long day of travel, we found out our room had been cancelled because the hotel was overbooked. We were not the only guests to be cancelled that night. The staff was not helpful booking another hotel. They simply gave us the names of other Marriott properties in the area. We were not offered a discount on the alternate Marriott properties.

The delta is always a superb stay. Clean and always meets the highest expectations. This was my third stay here and it was excellent.
