Sleep Inn Allentown - Fogelsville

Night staff was very friendly, however the day front-desk person seemed to be a very sour person-no smiles, dour look on her face. Place was clean except our shower, which had mold around the bottom. Guest laundry was out of order, which made it very inconvenient for our party. We had all planned on doing a load upon arrival at the hotel.

This was nice and renovated inside and the bed and bath were great, but it didn't smell super clean or non- smoking and the floor/ rug did not seem clean. It was comfortable and safe, but I wish it was a little cleaner.

Only had scalding hot shower water, the carpet had leaves on it so obviously wasn’t vacuumed and appeared dirty, bed/bedding was old, and the heating/cooling unit was so noisy making it difficult to sleep so had to turn it off. The staff was great…very friendly.

The property smelt like mold in the bathroom and I got locked out of my room because the hotel key expired. I had to wait a whole 2 hours for them to unlock it.

Extremely Dirty and Poorly Maintained — Never Again

Check-in was painless and very friendly. Room was clean and pillows were fantastic. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Ice machine was working and breakfast was delicious with a waffle maker and lots of other items. Unfortunately I left my Kindle in the room, but the front desk has it and it will be returned...add extra stars....

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is good they have a nice selection of food.

Carpet needs refreshed

Stayed 1 night enroute to Florida. Would stay again!

I recently stayed 6 nights at the Allentown-Foglesville Sleep Inn, and it was exactly what I needed it to be. The shower was hot, the bed pretty comfy, and a light breakfast in the morning. Most importantly, the price was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again when Im next in the area.

The Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Was on the third floor. It all smelled like sewer.

No toilet tissue (had to request it), no daily housekeeping. Stayed four nights with no housekeeping.

Bathroom door option.

My bed was very comfortable and the room was generally spotless, nice small fridge, microwave, coffee area; however the windows and the closet door had greasy fingers marks all over it. Hairs on the shower walls. Breakfast was ok. I’m not a fan of sausage or waffles but there was plenty for those who are. Also bagels, cereal, juice, muffins and those odd scrambled eggs.

Nothing was bad

When we entered our room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach that hurt our eyes. When we returned from a night out, after 11 PM. We walked into our room and the refrigerator door was open and there was soda all over the inside of the refrigerator and puddles on the bottom. There was a soda can that looked like it was cut open or maybe exploded laying on the carpet outside the refrigerator. I went down to the front desk and the attendant acted as if we may have done it. Told her we were out all night and we definitely did not do it, it wasn’t even our soda as we don’t drink soda. I showed her the pictures I took and she asked me if I wanted a different room. I told her I had things to put in the refrigerator and that was not cleaning the mess up. She went into the back and talked to someone else to see if there was a room available. When she came back out she said that the gentleman who was previously in the room and already checked out came back and went into our room because he said he left his stuff there. What if he would have come in while we were in the room or sleeping!!!! The attendant came up to the room with me while my daughter and I gathered our things. We were taken to a new room. That room left quite a bit to be desired! The air conditioners fan did not work well and temp did not go below 68. The beds were awful not like in 1st room. There was hair in shower and the shampoo container was all but empty. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I loved the king bed. Mattress was firm, lotsjf pillows. I liked the cleanliness of the place and the expansive pet walk area. I liked the included breakfast feature and thought it was well stocked.. Most especially I liked the lady taking care of the breakfast station. She was on top of everything and very pleasant. Two things. My wife check-in prior to my flight arriving to find she could not get the studio room we originally booked because we had our dog with us. We were given a room with a king though so that was good. I had put 2 pets in when I made the reservation but no one said anything about the studio. Also the room we did get was clean but had a strong musty smell to it. It dissipated over time though. Very happy overall.
