I enjoy the friendly staff when I arrived and I had an issue with my refrigerator and they assisted me immediately. They moved me to another room with no hesitation.

Towels and room service felt impossible to get. My fiancé struggled to get towels and we had to keep going down stairs.

The hotel was nice and remodeled. Breakfast was good. We did not get cleaning service the 2 nights we were there only some extra towels dropped by. One elevator was out of order and the other stopped working so my 70+ year old mom had to do stairs to the 3rd floor. This location advertised an indoor pool, but when we got there they informed us they took the pool out for the gym renovation. The renovation gym was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, but I would not have booked here if I would have know there was no pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were phenomenal and friendly. The renovations looked fabulous. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and will stay again.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, the staff were nice and the area was safe. Expedia did make a mistake by listing that they had a pool but unfortunately they did not. I would have booked at another hotel had I known this. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Excellent hotel! Brayla, at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She greeted us with a smile, and got us checked in expeditiously. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great. I will definitely book this hotel again when traveling to Shreveport. NA....perfect stay.
