The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good and we loved the indoor pool. Will stay here again. Wish the pool was opened earlier and closed later since it was in its own indoor space.
-
The Check Out Lady was nice.
-
The staff were friendly and spoke every time we entered. They ask if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and staff made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was always plentiful and they would come to your table to see if you needed anything

Exceptional

Room was nice and clean everything seemed to work as described. Utilized the washer and dryer with no issue. Breakfast was great quality and stocked well. Check in and check out was easy and taken care of reasonably. Busy but barely noticed anyone else in the hotel.
-
Drinks more than double than at gas station, taking advantage of someone needing one
-
It was nice. Clean with a friendly staff. Smokers congregated right outside the front doors. Terrible!!
-
The property staff were very helpful and outgoing. The property itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit the area

Management called my room twice (once at almost 11 PM and once at 9 AM) about $11 worth of food that they weren't able to charge to the room through HE. I gave them my credit card info, and they ran the charge twice. I had to show the front desk manager my bank account to convince him not to double-charge me. Housekeeping burst into the room before 9 AM without knocking.
