The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

EVERYTHING! It was beautiful! Very well taken care of. Tons of character, great music the lighting, everything. Our room was fantastic as well. And the restaurant was to die for. Nothing it was amazing. Even through their renovations around the hotel at the time it was never a problem!

Great breakfast and location. Bathroom was a bit dated and it was a much louder hotel than we expected. Lots happening onsite all over the campus.

THe location is great. I like walking on the greenbelt There used to be some week day specials and we could afford to stqay at the Riverside. NOW, EVEN WITH LEVEL 3 BOOKING.CO, DISCOUNT, WE SIMPLY CAN NOT AFFORD TO STAY THERE ANYMORE.

The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the Boise River. My main complaint about this facility is the fact that it is very, very spread out. There are only 2 elevators and they are at opposite ends of the facility. You are almost forced to use the stairs, which when you are managing luggage is not very convenient.

Bed was terrible, AC didn’t keep the room cool, very noisy from all directions and the water pressure was extremely low.

Breakfast was disappointing

Very clean and comfortable The only thing was the reception at arrival did not inform us that breakfast was complimentary with our stay. Outside of that food was great and service also

Exceptional

The entire place is beautiful inside and out. Both sets of pools are spectacular and made my kids some happy campers. We didn't even realize there were two sets until we arrived. So much to do and see. We will return.

When I woke up the first morning, there were raisins and melted M&M’s in the bed. Since I did not buy any trail mix, they had to be from the previous guests. No one seemed to think this was a big deal and asked me if I wanted all the sheets changed. When I told the housekeeper that was in the hallway, she kept focusing on my Do Not Disturb sign. I explained that there was food in the bed and that the sheets had not been changed, she said “no problem and she would do it now”. I think I maybe more disappointed when the response than with the error. When checking out the front desk never asked how was the stay, just that Expedia will be sending me my receipt.

Another good stay!!

It was a really great hotel, besides the fact our room was next to another being renovated. The only problem we had was loud music playing late at night somewhere. It could have potentially been someone out in the parking lot, or a near by business. I called the front desk to see if they knew what it was and they had no idea. Other than that we loved the stay.

The breakfast was great. The room had a an “old” odor to it and was not comforting.

The hotel is going through renovation. There were nice parts and there were parts that needed attention. It’s large and I like was put in a building farthest from the lobby. That was likely due to an early check-in, which I appreciated. But it wasn’t easy to get to.

Easy to get to location- huge but personable hotel, clean, well-thought-out rooms with comfy beds. Really great breakfast, with friendly staff. So huge it was tricky to find an elevator, or our room.

Such a great place, will definitely be back! The room was very clean, in fact the whole property was maintained extremely well. The pool area gives off a Vegas vibe! The greenbelt along the river is so very peaceful.

The room was amazing and pool area was so enjoyable. We over slept so we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast this time around. Housekeeping woke us up 10 min to 9. We was surprised that the staff started so early. We enjoyed ourselves.

Always love the Riverside. Indoor/Outdoor pool, Sandbar restaurant with live music, The Sapphire room concerts with a minimal fee, access to Greenbelt with so many places to visit and eat, bike rentals, awesome breakfast bar (and it's NOT continental)! Neat artwork distributed throughout the hotel, staff has always been kind and helpful.
