Hilton Garden Inn Boise Downtown

I only

The hotel was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable. I don't appreciate that the price for parking went up from the time I booked. The included breakfast was mediocre at best. We tried it the first day and didn't bother the second day.

nice

Great place to stay. New, clean, staff was great. Would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Paying for parking was a bit of a bummer, but worth it for the location.

Didnt realized that they charged for parking. Went to use the hot tub and it didn't work. Pool was cold. The staff was nice and it was clean but its maybe the little things that added up

The hotel staff was amazing. We had two pickups with trailers and they were great about lettings up park right in front. They also checked to make sure if we needed anything else wile we were there. Place was clean aand very the empolyees went above for us.

Good facilities, good service. Considering the cost of the room, they have a major flaw: charging $20 for parking. That should be included in the price of the accommodation; I was charged $80 for the weekend.

Totally enjoyed my staff. Staff was friendly & very helpful with directions & recommendations if best spots to eat and shop in downtown Boise. The decor in the lobby was very nice

Exceptional

Our kids loved the pool.

Exceptional

Super convenient location to downtown, easy to walk to just about anything you could need. Very updated fixtures and comfortable beds.

We had our room cleaned after two days but they didn’t wipe any counters down or the shower. The floor was also left dirty.

Very clean and convenient for a downtown experience!

Hotel was okay, the location, access, and rooms were good, the Staff was nice. My biggest complaint however is that the hotel is right next to a freeway entrance and you will hear the traffic 24/7.there isn’t any noise suppression & If you are a light sleeper, then this will absolutely drive you mad.

They required me to put down a physical card for incidentals. I asked about the card on file and they told me they require. A physical card. Also there is a $20 parking fee.

Great stay. Clean, convenient, decent breakfast. Worked out well with our pet. Decent price for the money.

We had a great experience here- from start to finish. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed.
