Booked a vacation several months in advance. When I checked in they told me they had to downgrade my room because they were overbooked. I booked a suite for very specific reasons. So I spent my first evening on vacation looking for a different hotel :(

My go to when in downtown Boise. Walk down stairs for happy hour at Chandlers.

Our suite was amazing - one of nicest hotel rooms we've ever had! Spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved having 2 bathrooms and a huge whirlpool soaking tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Self parking in the garage attached to the hotel was very easy and convenient. We were sorry to leave and we would stay again without hesitation!!!

Delightful stay. Great location, comfortable room, great coffee ( they even offer paper lids for the cups so I didn’t have to drink hot liquid through plastic!)
