Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum

Hotel was great, but they were having issues with the fire alarm. Went off multiple times and disrupted the stay.

There was not a fire, but there was no staff visible assisting with getting people out of the building. The strobe lights connected to the fire alarm made it very difficult to get out of the room and down the hall. Fortunately I was on the first floor. Had I been on a higher floor I would not have been able to navigate the stairs with the strobe lights going off. No form of compensation was offered for this rather large inconvenience.

Clean room and great food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They actually seemed to be happy at work (not normal these days!)

And no good spot for hanging towel. Everything else was excellent

Washer machines available, good fitness center, good breakfast buffet, nice staff

Room was fine, the fire alarm going off twice ( in the middle of the night) was a bummer. $7 to park and $15 for a subpar breakfast? Not staying there again!

Very clean surroundings Nothing

It does mot have free breakfast so you have to buy breakfast in the cafe.

It was very nice to have a quality restaurant on site and it was very convenient to I 84 & the World of Prey Center.

Great place to stay. Best stop in seven days. Tried to stay again but sold out. Would stay here every chance I get. #1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice place. Staff is slightly arrogant. The classic corporate aspect of the hotel checks the boxes. However, the most important thing is a comfortable bed. On this note, this Hilton Garden Inn fails in a spectacular way. When you wake up multiple times during and in real distress in the morning because your back, shoulders and hips are aching from the pathetically poor and cheap bed..all the rest is basically meaningless. When bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff, they were completely indifferent. There are many other choices of hotels in the area, this not a choice I’d make again.

The maintenance helped us with the ac.will b back for sure.

We arrived late in the evening and there was only one desk clerk. There were a few people ahead of us, but when it became our time to check in the desk clerk was very apologetic. She was very nice and checked us in quickly. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Only thing I didn't like is paying for parking.
