The location is perfect and it’s in walking distance of the good restaurants. Just a very nice place to stay if you’re in the Bham area

Room not upto par, very outdated. Hall carpet dirty and old. Beds not comfortable at all. Does not hold up to Westin name.

The beds were very small and very firm not soft at all the chair in the room was worn. The shower temperature was hard to adjust. Staff was helpful and pleasant great customer service. Good breakfast option at the attached restaurant

We enjoyed our time here. We were attending a concert at the Legacy center and this was very close and made it easy to walk to the venue

Carpet in room & hallway were stained and dirty.. Room had an unpleasant smell to it to the point where hospitality had to come spray freshener in it.. worked temporary, but eventually smell came back...

Nice hotel but not worth the money. No complementary breakfast , no guest wifi pay only. No microwave to warm food. Staff doesn't notify you that your parking is 20.00 dollars a day. So if you go to food, shopping or any other places be ready to pay. Their are not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I used to love this hotel when it first opened in 2013. Problem is that Marriott and hotel ownership have completely ignored the place since. It is TIRED and dingy in pretty much all areas and does not feel or smell clean.
