It just had an odd atmosphere and it is SO loud at night on the road facing rooms.

A few extra minutes our room wasn’t ready but wasn’t long. Valet was great and there are safe walkable places for eating.

Our only issue was that our room wasn’t ready. We got in a few minutes after checkin. Not a huge deal, but aggravating.

Best location! Within walking distance to every good food spot in downtown ! Valet service is the best

Clean room. Helpful staff, especially valets. Gym in repair. I was sent to a sister Hilton gym (Redmont) which was also in repair. One of the ceiling tiles was on the floor. My room was extremely cold. The bedding was comfortable and bathroom very clean. The hotel is in need of room renovations and there should be communication around room cleaning. I stayed two nights and my room was not serviced. Good central location.

Dex was an amazing front desk agent! The check in was very easy and fast.

I am disappointed that the late-night attendant clarified the hotel's policy regarding a lost wallet is to offer no assistance to loyal guests in their time of need.

What stands out most for me was the modern fixtures and the room was comfortable. The bad experience for me was the difficulties I had with trying to find a parking, there is only valet parking or street parking. But overall it was good. Please train the bartender about her job to help a customer who might having challenges choosing a drink

The Kelly is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are well outfitted thought disappointed there wasn't a minifridge. The A/C works great though, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Aside from being charged for breakfast when it was supposed to be included in the room charge I paid, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were incredibly nice, helpful and very professional. The front desk and Bar tender were super courteous. However, the property is due a renovation. I’ve stayed here several times. Some rooms are excellent. Some, not so much.

Very nice stay and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location to great food and entertainment!

Where do I begin? The location was fine and located in a good area. The issues started when we entered the room. There was a cup of what appeared to be cola placed in the coffee maker. I took a picture of this and showed the front desk saying "I do not want anything" and showed the pic for reference. The person at the front desk and was asked to mail it to her. When we used the shower the floor was wet (on issue here)....I wiped the floor to make sure it was not slippery....the towel was black actually black. I showed this picture to the front desk and again emailed the pic to her. Other the dirty coffee cup, black bathroom floor it was ok. Oh....wait, the air conditioner blows on the bed which was not overly comfortable. Finally, be prepared for the drag racing outside your window on the street side until 3am. Really not happy however if these points do not bother you you will have a good time.

No ice nachines

Everything! Close to food shops and pet much everything downtown. Maybe invest in some sound proof glass because it was busy and loud pretty much all night, and we were on the 7th floor.

Good location and room fit for purpose although could do with updating. The valet and receptionist that we engaged with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast. We were 2 of 3 guests waiting for breakfast. We waited for a while and a member of staff did not show up to take our order. We ended up leaving and purchasing breakfast elsewhere. A disappointment when it was included in our stay.
