Very clean The bathroom door was too close to the toilet

Great Hotel with a nice staff

Room was amazing!

After we checked the room over we noticed that the sofa bed defective. The receptionist changed out our room for one that worked very quickly. She also had great hospitality.

Clean well equipped room. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Breakfast was good overall, but some bread was moldy-staff apologized and replaced.

Everything was clean, good price and good costumer service

Front desk Beds were a little harder. Pillows were old & not comfortable & the room had like little ants or something in the bathroom & near couch maybe spray some bug spray

The hotel staff made our trip extra special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a very clean room, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The staff was awesome and when we asked for food opinions, they had many brochures of local restaurants we could eat at. The cleaning staff was quick to bring extra towels and bedding for our family. The facility was great and clean and the outdoor pool was well taken care of.

Location Rust in the tub. Also it took forever a while for the toilet to fill back up.

The front desk did not seem to be manned particularly well. We noticed a couple times that there was nobody at the desk and somebody waiting for a while.

The bathroom was not clean. Red/pinkish mildeew in the shower. The breakfast was not fresh.

Best continental breakfast ever, but the lobby area has perfumed scents sent through the A/C so you have to sit in the dining area eating breakfast while inhaling airborne chemicals. Same for the fitness room as it is right near the lobby. Clean room except the shower could have been cleaner. Don't like the perfumy hand soap and liquid soaps/shampoo/conditioner either. Staff friendly and helpful.

Animal hair everywhere in the bathroom. And there were roaches near the fridge.

I am a big fan of home2 suites but when i arrived the person behind the counter didnt greet or even say anything to me. Not even a can i help you or what did i need. Didnt even tell me my room number i had to look on my cards envelope. The shower had mildew in it. Do better
