DoubleTree by Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park

Hotel was clean and front desk staff was helpful There was an issue with a payment and the manager on duty was very rude and dismissive over the phone and not accommodating to this issue.

The location, the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness. They don’t have a laundry room, we were there for a soccer tournament and didn’t have anywhere for me to wash dirty uniforms.

The property was great! It was clean and well maintained. Every last staff member was courteous, pleasant and hospitable, which made my stay welcoming. I had one problem with my toilet, which was addressed immediately. The ice machines didn’t work so they had one big barrel filled with ice for anyone to scoop out of in the lobby, which I thought was a little unsanitary but it worked. And let’s not forget the warm cookies made everything ok.

Wonderful stay as always! Me and my family have stayed here several times! Clean rooms!

Great late night stay, The only issue experienced was NONE of the ice machines worked. Other than that everyone was kind, courteous, and friendly.

Parking charged us. The room had moisture I couldn't sleep properly.

He was professional and very friendly. You have to pay to park which I find ridiculous! The breakfast is $30 a person and continental breakfast was $18 a person. I find that overpriced, especially when the hotel across 280 includes a good breakfast and happy hour with your registration! Lastly, a housekeeping person knocked loudly on our door at 8:00am when checkout is 11am. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Conveniently located hotel.. great experience

Spacious room, good location, lighting in the room and bathroom was dim so it was very difficult to put on my make up, bathroom has a lighted makeup mirror but it was also so dim as to be unusable, tub floor was so slippery I had to hold on to the grab bar the whole time making it difficult to actually shower. Great place to stay if you don’t wear makeup or need to shower. Oh, and you have to pay for parking.

The room was nice. I asked for the top floor and got it. The staff was really nice.

The hotel had a great atmosphere, and I really appreciated the overall hospitality. The staff made me feel valued as a guest and were helpful whenever I needed assistance. Everything about my stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Overall, I had a great experience at the DoubleTree and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
