The room and lobby were very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I would like to come back.

The staff! The first room we were in had an issue of mold in the sink-I am super sensitive ( my husband didn’t notice a problem!). We had booked one of the last rooms, the staff were understanding and helpful, to the point of asking a housekeeper to stay late so they could move us to another (upgraded!) room. We loved having a Starbucks and food truck in walking distance. Turning left onto Walton Blvd was a bit daunting… but not enough to keep us from booking there again!

People with pets were to load asked nicely to keep quiet and Found bugs put them in a cup and took it to the desk and only thing they could say was it’s a bug it might’ve came through the vent sorry I don’t know what else to tell you. And that why I’m leaving this right here I’ll never stay there aging.

The room was extremely disappointing and, honestly, felt very unclean. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathroom and bathtub. The room also smelled strongly of mildew and feet, and there were strands of hair on the comforter. It was late when I checked in, so I didn’t ask to change rooms because I honestly assumed there was a possibility the next room would have the same issues. I was uncomfortable enough that I would not have felt comfortable eating breakfast at the hotel either. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this room did not meet that standard. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. The entire room felt like it needed to be thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathroom/bathtub, hair on the comforter, and a strong smell of mildew and feet. It honestly seemed like the room had not had a proper deep clean in a very long time. Had I not been so exhausted when I arrived, I would have asked for a refund and gone to a different hotel.

Nice breakfast options.

The hotel was nice, clean, well maintained, and the staff was amazing. Nice free breakfast bar was included. For the price, this hotel rivals many big name places. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Lobby was nice, staff very polite, appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine (high end), room was fine - had a weird smell moldy/cat like - likely the carpet - but not unbearable or overpowering - the window opened so it went away after a bit - but it was good location, price was good for the busy weekend.

I stayed at this hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas, with my family, and what a beautiful place! The location is excellent, and everything is easy to access. It's a very kid-friendly and pet-friendly hotel, which makes it a wonderful option for families. The breakfast was incredible, especially the make-your-own waffles! My kids absolutely loved them. The gym was great, and the check-in and check-out staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and the price was excellent for everything the hotel offered. And did I mention the breakfast? Definitely the highlight! I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast? There is no breakfast! Breakfast is the most important part of any hospitality and here is joke!
