Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

Hotel was a little outdated, especially the bathroom, toilet clogged multiple times

I had booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. Instead I got a king with a jacuzzi. My friend and I had to sleep in the same bed. I prefer to sleep alone.

Exceptional

Spacious, clean room. Staff was super accommodating to my requests. Hot, fresh Breakfast included everything a person should want; biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, eggs with spinach, fresh, good fruit strawberries, pineapples, cantaloupe, watermelon, bananas, oranges, carbs with jellys, syrups, etc. Bar wasn't open early in evening but was supposed to have been. Currently outside of building under minor construction but wasn't problem. I'd definitely stay here again if rates stayed as I had.

One of my main concerns when staying in a hotel is the comfort of the bed, and this place did not disappoint. The bed was plush and soft, comfort was great. Staff was nice too. The not so good was the shower. Low water pressure and the tub drained very slowly so I was standing in dirty water at the end of the shower. There was no clock in the room. The windows all face the inside of the lobby so if you like a view or bright sunshine in the morning, you won't find that here. Also, it amazes me they charge 16 bucks per person for breakfast. The selection is no greater than free continental breakfasts at other hotels, and I opened one of the warmers and saw dark, unappetizing biscuits. Who would pay 16 bucks for this?! We didn't, Overall not a bad place but will probably not stay again. At $146 for one night and no free breakfast seems steep to me, and that's my main reason for giving a 3 star rating instead of 4.

Loved this place, great room and great facilities. Price was the best value.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was better than any experience! The pool was very nice and big! They had a wonderful gym as well as a place to dine. The room was super clean and the beds were wow! So comfy! They even gave two free water bottles and coffee and tea! The staff was friendly and accommodating! We will definitely recommend and return!

The staff was amazing, loved all of them, especially Melissa, so is so kind and accommodating. The property is sort of confusing due to the construction going on. All of the amenities are not available. They do not have a restaurant available in the evening, and the bar is sometimes but not everyday. Even though is a nice, clean hotel, staff is great.

15.99 per person for breakfast when you can go across the street to a delicious bagle place and two doors down from a 7 brew. Most hotels have at minimum a continental breakfast but to pay an additional 32.00 for our breakfast after a room for 115.00 and an additional 50.00 charged, then later removed for incidentials is ridiculous. We won't be back
