Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

Just an amazing experience

Good spot, helpful staff, microwave and a little store in the lobby for essentials.

Great

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. One of the biggest issues for me was the housekeeping schedule. Rooms are only cleaned every third day. Since I had already been there for three days, I requested a full-service cleaning, including fresh towels and sheets. The front desk assured me they would make sure my room was cleaned, but unfortunately, when I returned from my activities that day, the room had not been serviced. The gym was decent overall, but the StairMaster and treadmill were not working. One machine was turned off, while the other displayed an error message. Breakfast was actually quite good, but if you're staying for several days, I would recommend going out for brunch at least once or twice just to switch things up. There are only so many options available at the hotel breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff. With more consistent housekeeping and better maintenance of the gym equipment, the experience could be even better.

Nice place to stay

All was excellent

Our first room was not even cleaned and we had to change rooms. The second room was cleaned but was infested with bugs. :(

This was an extra place to say the deposits a little high but I haven't gotten my deposit back yet but we'll see what happens but I cleaned the room everything looked good and guess the staff is great the pool is great work out room is great everything is fabulous very clean very nice for the price

The hotel is in a convenient location. The room was nice, cold, clean, and quiet. The shower did leak, but nothing extra towels can't help. Breakfast was okay, standard options. The pool needed some cleaning/detailing so we were unable to test it out.

Very clean, newly remodeled. AC worked great. Quick check in! It was in a good location too! Will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated all the small details that made it such a nice stay. The breakfast was excellent too.

Beautiful clean hotel, spacious rooms, large tv

Staff very friendly and helpful

If you’re just needing a place to stay that is clean has a good breakfast will give you the basic necessities you need- this is a good location not really any razzle-dazzle to it but the staff and the amenities make up. It’s a good place to stay if you are down to your last options, but it’s not a resort or any extra bells and whistles.

Nice

Clean room and friendly staff. Outdoor pool was great.

Didn't have a lot of expectation for the place as I didn't know it but was REALLY impressed. Customer service was on point, very friendly and answered all my question. Pool was a good size, gym too had great equipments for a variety of workout. Restaurant in place with great quality food and reasonnable as price. Room was confortable and slept very well. I recommand!

Rooms very clean !!! Breakfast fresh

Well worth the price room was clean and very stylish bathtub could have been updated but it's a bathtub come on! Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool!
