The only issue we had was a very loud refrigerator otherwise it was great.

Shower was dirty. Carpet in hall gross. Staff wore gloves to check you in. Breakfast greasy. A/c would not cool

Overall it was my first time staying in this type of Marriott . All amenities were included down to utensils. Will now book all my stays in this type of Marriott when available. Convenient to all local restaurants and shopping facilities.

The cleaning supplies they use are overwhelmingly strong and unbearable to smell in the room. They need to change cleaning supplies

The room was clean I reserved a king bed ended up with a full for two grown adults. I felt like I was held captive because we didn't get a key card for our room so we couldn't come and go like I intended for our only day and night there. On top of the fact that the customer service of the front desk sucked.

The room was very clean it just smelled musty. So much so that I went and bought Fabreeze and candles. Breakfast bar is very good.

A very pleasant stay. Bed was very comfortable! No loud chaos in the halls outside my room, actually able to relax. Excellent location and spacious room.

Staff it was very friendly and helpful. Fast and hassle free check-in. Rome was neat and clean.

They were busy and understaffed. That being said rooms weren’t initially available. They needed to be cleaned and there wasn’t enough housekeepers. There was trash in the trash can in the bathroom, the bedding was dirty and there was hair on the towels in the bathroom. I decided to not sleep in the bed and left early.
