Hyatt Place Baton Rouge/I-10

Very good

Everything was great room, staff, breakfast and good location

HYATT PLACE is our go to when booking a hotel. Always clean, staff is friendly and attentative, good breakfast

Very quite great place to stay i would stay again

The room was very nice. Weight room was nice. Very clean all around.

The property is across the street from the mall of Louisiana. Made it very convenient if you need something, you can just go across the street. The floor was a little slick and felt sticky. It might be the cleaning solution that is used to clean the floor.

Convient Needs to be upgraded

It was clean and convenient. Price was affordable eventhough I booked last minute. Breakfast was delicious. More choices for my taste and for my baby. Oatmeal was delicious. There was waffles, taco, yogurt, nectarines, bananas as well. Everything was great

Do not choose this place. You are risking locking yourself into a contract where you cannot get a refund no matter what. You cannot change dates once you have picked them. This includes if there is a system error and the wrong dates get scheduled via their systems. They'll refuse to change the date or give a refund to cancel in order to schedule correct date. Third party apps will not help you either. All sales are final with them and they will charge you as soon as you book. Very scummy and thieving establishment if I could rate 0 stars I would I will never book with them again and I'll warn everyone before they do.

Should not put any guests in that room or move that couch somewhere! I could've requested another room - but when you're tired, you're tired . Glad it's only overnight. AC unit was very noisy. Some parts of the shower room tiles needs mildew spray and scrubbin'. Cleaning lady we met at the elevator - did not speak English or underdtand english. I asked where I can find ice. Nick was ok. Gave simple and precise instructions. Breakfast was better than some hotel. Oat meal was the best part of the start of the day. I usually love staying at Hyatt Place- this place failed me - room wise.

Friendly staff. Location was great for us. Breakfast was delicious. I could see mold forming on the intake of the AC unit blowing right onto the bed.

Exceptional

Location perfect Nothing

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The room i was in on this trip had a smell i cannot describe. Not unpleasant just a bit strange. Ither than that everything was very well maintained and clean.

Location was perfect

Staff treated us exellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing was our a/c started acting up around 6 in the morning but it worked out well since we were leaving around 7. Staff offerd to fix it or move us but there was no need since we were checking out anyway.
