We check in and when we got to room strong chemical smell so we went back down to tell them do lady said I just finished cleaning room so we go to that room dirt and trash on ground light not working in bathroom so we used flashlight on phone and bathtub drain was clogged with hair greasy countertop so we go back down again and new manager went upstairs to find us a new room for 3rd time so we had to pack up again and moved which was clean .

The elevator did not work. My refrigerator door was broken. It did not dispense any ice. I had to go next-door to get ice from the other hotel. That’s pretty much it. The elevator was the big thing for me. That was it. last thing I did they do need to like reglaze them tubes so it’s not so much rust.

Really disgusting building and room. First off all doors going outside were broken except front door. Lobby was clean and seemed nice but as soon as you walked anywhere else it was extremely humid and smelled like mold really bad. Once we made it into our room two lights were broken and there was hair everywhere including someones used fake eyelashes all over the phone. It did not look like the room was cleaned at all. Also somehow the smell of mold was even stronger in our room. The humidty was so bad in the room that is was hard to breathe and everything was sticky. We had to go to the local walmart to buy air purifiers and cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning our own room on our first night. The air purifiers helped but the humidty still caused us to develope coughs and spit out flem for a few days. Also their complimentary breakfast was non existent and included no dairy free options.

Parking Lot was not well-lit at night. Baby roaches in the bathroom in the sink area. Ice maker was loud.

Overall, this hotel is pretty nice, but one of the ones they put me in a lot of mood in like a lot of money everyone really needs attention, but they immediately moved to another room. Anything I asked him for a pretty much accommodated and went out their way to help me in so many ways.

Everything was great though people were very nice. I can’t complain about anything or on this trip. I will be definitely rent this today actually I’m out here in Baton Rouge for business and I’m a consistently with this hotel unless something changes but everything is great. The only thing I would suggest is they give you more than one face towel a day

The doors in the room would not close properly and the tub drained slowly so you were standing in water.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but in this case, it's impossible not to... The bathroom floor would lift up every time you stepped on it... the bathroom light flickered like a disco, and the tub had more hair in it than a monkey... I had to shower like that, and the hair kept sticking to my feet and legs because the water wouldn't drain... and finally, when I went to hand in the key, the whole staff was chatting; they saw me, but no one came over for the 3 or 4 minutes I stood there waiting... Terrible... the elevator was dirty... the hotel is disgusting. And expensive, too...
