Good value, clean and good location. Front desk staff was nice. Close to a lot of places to eat and more. Close to freeway & easy to get to. There was no ice machine in the hotel and only a very over priced vending machine, charging $5 for a bag of chips and $4 for a candy bar. Also, we were charged a $50 deposit and were completely unaware that we would be required to pay it. There was nothing in the booking process that said $50 deposit would be required. The couple checking before us were surprised by it as well. That needs to be somewhere in the booking process so people know it. Some hotels charge for incidentals but this was not incidentals since there was nothing in the room to use.

Location Smoke and weed smell as soon as you walk in building. Nasty bathroom. Shower looked dirty and stained. Toilet seat too small for toilet. Moldy smell in room also. Will not stay again.

Location The hot water wasn't working the toilet seat wasn't properly on the toilet also it had been used for to put out cigarette butts I requested a no smoking room I was smelling smoke still in the bathroom from upstairs not enough towels

The location The night desk clerk took at least 35 minutes to come down and check me and multiple other guest in. She was very rude and even slammed a door in my face because I called to ask her to come down multiple times. Mind you it was after midnight and I had my 1 year old with me. The room was ok for a stay I guess

The lobby was filthy and hallway to my room. The room was filthy, nasty odor. Old stained sheets and blanket. Bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave had not been cleaned in weeks. Nightstands and lamps were dirty. You can see were some wiped lamps and nightstands with a wet dirty rag. Person next door smoke drugs all day and the odor was in my room. But I was told it was a no smoking hotel. Had to used sheets I travel with to covered the leather chair to sleep in because the bed and bed shirt was dirty and was afraid it was infested with old kinds of bedbugs and everything else. The hotel should be closed down. The rating on the internet is false. Nobody answers the phone or at the desk for help. Please go early if you book this hotel and not late at night like I did. Trust me you would regret it.
