The staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast we ordered was cold and potatoes hard. We were the only customers at the time. No excuse. Butvwe ate what we could. Not sure od the young lady doing it but she neefs to learn how to greet people and smile

Would definitely recommend! Everything was great, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, microwave, and mini refrigerator in the sitting area! Check out is at 12 noon, so that’s a plus! Then as if all of that wasn’t super already, they give you a fresh warm delicious cookie upon check in☺️

Great hotel
-
Indoor Pool and staff. The rooms were not clean! My first room the air conditioners were broken, and the pull out sofa beds were worn out
-
Good sized room

The front desk staff was friendly. Our linen in our room was filthy. It had bandages on it. I even spoke to the General Manager, David Brawner personally and he said he would have them change the sheets and nothing was ever done.

I booked a staycation for my bday there because it had an indoor pool. In the middle of the summer this pool was freezing cold. Everyone that even attempted to get in said the same thing that it was unbearable

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. I will choose this property again

Staff was very nice. Room was ok. To say it was a Hilton hotel, you would expect it to be more update.. They have no smart tvs, ceilings and walls are horrible.. They did deep cleaning to the couches in the room and they we still soaking wet so we count use that area in the room. AC was nice and cold but very noisy… Hotel definitely needs an inside facelift. And Smart tvs

Entering the room we were hit with the smell of chlorine bleach. First thought was it’s really clean or there was a dead body. The longer we were in the room it t smelled of cat urine or ammonia. That smell never dissipated. The ice machine was empty. I realize the firmness of a mattress is a preference however this bed was more firm than the exam table at my gynecologist.
