Very nice and clean hotel! Only drawback is the parking garage is so far to walk if you have children with you.

We booked this hotel for LSU football game weekend. Very comfortable room with friendly staff. Casino was great as well. We Ubered to the game and walked back to the hotel after the game. Food in the casino was really good. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.

The staff was excellent. Valet parking was great. Would have used a bellman but none on duty. Property was clean, new and nice. Casino was wonderful!! Would definitely recommend it!!

OMG. Construction at the front entrance. Valet parking area was completely confusing. Went to the parking garage, parked, then headed in the nearest door. What do you know. The casino. OK kids, let’s go back outside and walk ALL the way around this building since there’s no way to get to check in except through the casino. Very inconvenient start with kids and luggage. Hotel staff “awesome “. Casino staff “🤔”. work on people skills. Kids hungry…dining depot not open. Want pizza?? Not with kids, you’re out of luck since it, along with Shucks, is IN the casino. Nice area to walk along the river. Found an exceptional restaurant down the road. Eat at Capital Grille. Food was delicious, staff=awesome.

It had slots although very limited They use the Ballys name so I was expecting Las Vegas style experience. They should change their name or completely remodel the place is very old and in need of upgrades.
