It was very comfortable sparking was a breeze and staff was pleasant The connected Starbucks was closed and the restaurant inside of the hotel that sold Starbucks item was out of almost everything.

An unusual amount of blood and filth in the room. The bedsheets were covered in black flecks of something and there was clearly blood stained into the carpet next to the bed as well as the shower curtain. Beyond that, the room was loud, and there are flashing lights all over from the air conditioner to the smoke detector

We had a lovely stay during the LSU VS Clemson game. The staff was wonderful and the room super comfortable.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Need to improve parking management and staffing issues. Starbucks at the hotel did not open on one Sunday, because staff member did not show. Understaffing was evident at on site eatery.

The valet parking was great this will be my new preferred hotel when visiting LSU.

This Courtyard is downtown so it has a different feel to it. You have to pay for parking but that’s typical of downtown. The staff were not as professional as some locations but were good enough. We only had one towel for the two of us. Still a comfortable stay bc the rooms at Courtyards are consistent in quality and amenities.
