We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed here two nights. The Inn seems to be geared towards an older crowd, based on the other guests there and the decor of the rooms. Nevertheless, the suite and bathroom area are very large, which was appreciated. The room seemed to be very clean also. The reception attitude at check-in was a bit cold but we quickly settled in afterwards. We did appreciate the live pianist in the lounge each evening—he is talented and the drinks are affordable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast there but did appreciate the hotel staff recommendation of Choco-latte.

20 minute walk to downtown. Steam room was not working properly. Pool area and hot tub were nice.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fireplace in the room was a great bonus. Loved the restaurant at the top of the hill for breakfast. Piano player in evenings is also a great touch. Jacuzzi was kind of small, so we were not comfortable using it with others already there. Nothing else to mention.

Everything was excellent and the views were incredible! Watching the sunrise from our room’s balcony was one of our favorite experiences of our whole trip!

    Great location. Great view.

Nice Too much signage about smoking—felt like a militant environment..we get it and are respectful and honest, but thought it was over the top.

The property is in a nice location. My room was very clean, however the furniture is worn.

Rooms seemed brand new or recently rennovated, and were very clean, of course. The woman at checkout was very kind and professional. A very bad value for money, and false advertising for the “superior view.” I have never been so disappointed with a hotel reservation through Booking.com as I had either this one. For $800 a night and a “superior view” room, I don’t want a view of a parking lot on a low floor. Also they advertise having on-site restaurants, but they were closed (on a Friday evening!), and there’s no where to go for dinner unless you hop back in your car and go fight for a parking space somewhere in Bar Harbor. The team who checked us in also seemed like they really couldn’t be bothered. They weren’t sufficiently welcoming or professional. I would only recommend this hotel of the room cost $250 or less.

the place was damn near impossible to find. getting in and out was VERY difficult and dangerous!! the room had an actual key - like I have at home. haven't seen that in years - security at this place is not up to snuff. no restaurant - except a breakfast place that was far from conveniently located. no restaurant???? would NOT repeat!!

The property is easily accessible to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the harbor and sunrise. Room was clean and enjoyed the large bathroom . Beds were comfortable but pillows were lumpy and needed replacing.

room amenities, quality of details, and view fantastic. All staff were friendly and efficient. Location near Acadia outstanding. exercise room equipment limited and steam room out of service while we were there. Onsite restaurant open for lunch and dinner during the week would be nice.
