The motel was nice, however the elevator was not working upon our arrival, as well as our departure. The hotel offered nothing to compensate guest for this inconvenience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful My room had a wet smell and was right by the lobby restroom very loud. The elevator was out and they put me in the room last minute because of my disability and inability to traverse the stairs. No variety to the breakfast 2 days in a row

The hotel looked very nice in the pictures, and we were looking forward to our stay. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the elevator was broken, and our room was on the fourth floor, which was very inconvenient. When I asked for additional towels, I was given pool towels instead because there were no clean towels available. The entire experience made it seem like the hotel staff was very disorganized and unprepared. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Convenient location Elevators always either don’t work or have problems. I walked up 4 flights of stairs because elevators broke

Clean & easy access to hwy. Only downfall was elevator not working.

Other than the elevators not working and being on the 4th floor, it was a good stay.

Great stay but if you have a lot of luggage hopefully you aren't on the 4th floor.

the guy at the front desk gave me my room keys. shortly after, I put some stuff in my room I left to go and get ice and my husband was parking the car and as I got back, there was a couple in their kid right outside my room and told me that the guy downstairs gave them my room and they had walked into it, and they saw my purse and our suitcase and other things there and told me that they could’ve stolen my things. I was so upset. I couldn’t freaking believe that they gave someone else my key just one right after another. The lady was right in back of me when I was checking in. The other thing that happened there was that the elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs up and down well they ended up putting me right by the stairs door and we heard that slamming all day and night long then they put neighbors next to us that probably had a party going on because till four in the morning, they were banging on the walls and loudly playing music and talking and yelling. It was the most horrible experience ever. Also, for some reason, the telephone in the room did not work. We couldn’t even call the front desk. I had to call the main main line.

Very disappointing experience with Wingate by Wyndham Austin North. After our stay, we were charged $250 for alleged damage to a microwave that we did not use, touch, or damage. It is extremely concerning to be charged this amount for something we did not do. I requested that the hotel provide clear documentation supporting the charge, including photos, inspection records, and proof connecting the alleged damage to our stay. Guests should carefully check their final charges and document the condition of their room when arriving and leaving. Based on my experience with this unexpected $250 damage charge, I would not stay at this property again.

Just location but everything else was very bad. I am sorry. I didn't get prior notification that the elevators were not functioning and we were not able to stay since my husband and I could not climb three flight of stairs. I tried to get a cancellation on the property and they were not able to reply to booking.com. I spent more than an hour in the property trying to be patient and figure it out but it was really hot in the lobby and the property said they would not charge me only to see that they had charged me the morning after. There was no manager in duty that time or through the weekend to help us. I hope to get my refund soon.

Horrible experience, still waiting for my refund. The hallways smelled like cigarettes, the elevators didn’t work, the hotel was hot and the room smelled like mold.

Elevators were out; we were on 4th floor; don't mind the climb, but there should be some notice ahead of time Water pressure was inadequate in shower

It was an amazing place to stay! Breakfast was yummy and the service was top tier
