Comfort Suites Pflugerville - Austin North

Clean room

The breakfast it’s decent

Have been coming here for years, the price is really reasonable for the area. Rooms are always clean and very specious (was actually kind of shocked how much space there was) but truly if we are being honest what keeps bringing us back is the staff they are always so kind and welcoming.

When I opened the sofa bed, the mattress cover was filthy with black spots and debris. I took a video and showed the frontdesk agent. He offered to give ME sheets to change it myself. I refused because I didn’t know what the black spots were, didn’t want to touch it, and it isn’t a guest’s job to change dirty hotel bedding. Had he offered to have someone clean and change it, I would have been satisfied. He offered a double room another guest left because it smelled like smoke. I declined, especially since the hallway already smelled like marijuana. I checked another king suite, but its sofa bed was stuck and wouldn’t open. I have video of that too. With no other option, all three of us slept in one king bed. The agent said the manager would address it the next morning. He never contacted me. After returning home, I called again. A female front desk agent was very polite, apologized, took my information, and left the manager another detailed message. I still have received no call, reimbursement, apology, or resolution from management.

Expedia to blame too for listing as pet friendly! Hotel just said I should have called them first to check. Really?

Overall fair price for the few days we were there It was a little awkward getting to the property. Maybe it had a lot to do with the construction going on but it felt like driving through parking lots to get to the front.

Location Car was broken into overnight in the parking lot.

Wonderful stay highly recommended

This hotel is wonderful, clean, friendly staff, conveniently located within walking distance of 2 nice restaurants. Also within a 5 minute drive to a huge Cinemark movie theater.

Clean and comfortable

The bed was comfortable The room we booked was NOT AVAILABLE! We needed a disability accessible room and booked the King Room with disability access and roll in shower but were told the room was given away because they didn't think we needed it! The room was given to someone who was not disabled! I'm a full time wheelchair user and can not climb or walk! My chair could not fit in the restroom since we were given a regular room. I had to leave it at the door & my husband had to carry me to the toilet! The shower was not accessible at all! It had a step and no shower bench. We needed the roll in shower. I had to use wipes to clean myself since I couldn't take a shower at all. They finally found an old shower bench last minute and it was wobbly and didn't for into the shower so it was useless! There was NO BREAKFAST! Whatever was put out was all that was served! No one refilled anything. The fruit was old and bad. It didn't even last 30 minutes before everything was gone!

All the staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was great.

Our room was clean, the temperature in the room was good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to the park where we were attending a baseball tournament. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Parking lot could be better lit.

Exceptional

Thank you!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold choices. The coffee was delicious! The hotel is in a good location close to eating establishments and across the street from an HEB.

Nice property, elevator needs work and the water was slick like taking a shower with baby oil lol.

Piece to stay close to freeway shopping and restaurants great pricing and great complementary breakfast. Great staff clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Very good

Room was very quiet. Clean, no issues. Breakfast had multiple choices, food was good. Pool was pleasant and hot tub was nice after a long day.
