I specifically requested a double-queen room, but the front desk gave me a king room without telling me. I didn't realize it until I reached my room. I was also not clearly informed that parking was an additional charge. There is a large open parking area in front of the hotel, so it looks like regular free parking. Fortunately, I noticed the sign outside and voluntarily paid. Otherwise, I could have ended up with a towed vehicle. Another frustrating issue was the $20 hotel credit included with my stay. No one told me about it. I only found out at checkout when another front desk employee mentioned that I hadn't used it. I asked if I could use it for a cup of coffee before leaving, but she said I had already checked out, so it was too late. Overall, I'd give the service about 1.5 stars for a hotel that is supposed to be four-star. To me, this feels more like a management and training problem than an isolated employee issue. Staff need to pay more attention to details and do a better job of making sure guests understand what is included with their stay.

3rd stay here. Great time

Beautiful hotel and setting.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was personable and very welcoming. There were 3 of us in a junior suite with 2 queen beds. The space between the wall and the bed was too narrow for a person to get into bed except by climbing in on your hands and knees or waking your partner up to access the bed from the aisle side of the bed. E'll definitely return.

Great place to spend a football weekend.

Wonderful staycation! The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained facility, incredibly comfortable beds, and relaxing swimming pools that made it easy to truly unwind. It was exactly what we wanted for a peaceful getaway close to home. I’d happily stay again!

Stuff is not welcoming at all

Property is nice and convenient to local shopping. Nice room. Bed was firm if you like that, I prefer a bit softer for my hips. Breakfast in room was a nice option to have. Two pools, one inside and the other outside. Neither had a lot of guests so it worked out fine

When I checked out there was an additional $25 /day fee included in the bill. They did agree to remove it but it should never have added in the first place. No airport shuttle so transportation costs >$100 even with Lyft. Overall amenities were fine but for the price expected better.

Very nice, good bar. It was pricey. Apparently a big plead for conferences.

Staff pool and overall atmosphere and layout Nothing

Solid Marriott property. Unique situation where pool was closed during son’s milestone bday. Room didn’t get cleaned one day and bathroom light wasn’t working. All around a great vibe for a family summer visit as the food was good and cafe and bars were great.

Location - Within walking distance to Trader Joe's, Starbucks and Amy's Ice Cream. Close to First Watch. Outstanding front desk staff. Can't remember her name, but she wore glasses and worked the 3pm to 11:00pm shift, slender and very personable. Irony - can't remember her name but she remembered mine every time I approached her. The view of the city from the room was great. Stayed in room 836. loved the room but there was the constant of water running or some sort of plumbing issue. I do mean "constant"! For the entire two day stay. Really an issue at night. Surely someone has mentioned this before.

CON: 1) There is a $25 daily fee referenced as “Destination” (separate from City and State Tax) on final bill and this really should be disclosed in Hotels.com website when booking hotel. 2) Paying for internet connection because your device 5G connection is practically dysfunctional. (The iPhone worked okay but not the iPad. ) We’ve always paid daily parking so no surprise there.
