Lovely property, close to everything and very friendly, helpful staff!

It is very basic and i am suprise no pool other then ok not impressed

Everything was good except air conditioning needs to be reviewed (noisy) and internet speed was sometimes low

The room was very well equipped. No problems with the features of the room. There was a weird smell in the lobby... like a bathroom exploded and they tried covering it up with lysol. The room was great! Very clean, except that it had this musty smell. It went away when you turned the AC on. The appliances were reallt nice and well maintained.

I suspect it was a hospital at one point. Had I bumped into an intensive care unit on my way to the room, I wouldn’t have been completely surprised. As for cleanliness, the room was okay, but being an animal-friendly hotel, my room smelled a bit like a kennel but a well-kept one. All in all, the stay was pleasant enough, and the goal was to NOT be on the road, so I was happy.

The room had hair on the end table and the rug did not smell well. I only stayed one night. I did inform the morning staff. The cleaning crew in the hallway talk so loud and knocked on my door at 8:15 am which was too early for me.

The price was really good for a reasonably good hotel with decent facilities. Didn't get housekeeping once for our 8 night stay... Also, the kitchen sink clogged mid stay and even after reporting it, didn't get it fixed.

I never received my deposit back. They tried to charge me three different times for days. I wasn’t there. I checked out and they tried to charge my card three extra days never got my deposit back. Still trying to extremely disappointed.

The best parts of staying at this Sonesta Simply Suites, are: the price, the cleanliness of the rooms, close proximity to my work, the full kitchen supplied with pots/pans/dishes/utensils, and the staff. I could stay at another hotel, but would only get a cube frig and at 2-3 times the price. There is laundry and a gym onsite, but I've only walked by them. The gym looks well equipped.

Excellent value rooms. They are big and spacious w/lots of amenities. I checked in at 11pm and was able to get my room no problem. Look forward to coming back again next trip to Downtown.

I was confused when I made the reservation because there is a Simply Sonesta and a regular Sonesta Suite on the same road. My experience with Sonesta Suites in NC was a good breakfast but with Simply Sonesta you are responsible for your own. Fortunately we had food so it was not a problem, just a bit of a surprise. Also, the clerk did not mention about the appliance borrowing option. That would have been helpful. It was close to my brother and it was clean and sufficient. all in all a good inexpensive place to stay in Austin.

Hotel was good, clean. Parking lot was extremely dark - needs more lighting.

The Staff was very friendly and the young lady at check in was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

I was in Austin to help a friend move and needed a place to stay. I literally only slept here and it was just fine. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly. Didn’t get to use the gym but it appeared to be decently equipped and a good size

I travel to Austin weekly. this is a great location to The Domain, is a good size suite with small kitchen.
