Just wow! Such a beautiful location and an extremely comfortable time. We loved every moment staying here. We wandered the grounds, ate exceptional meals, and genuinely loved our stay.

The bartenders at Jim Bobs were incredibly attentive. Allan, Spencer, Michael, Andrew, and Ramsey all made me feel like family from the second I walked in the door. They created an environment that felt very safe for a woman traveling by herself which absolutely made my trip. The atmosphere created by these men was my favorite part of my entire stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable from the beds to the bathrooms with separate vanity areas. The drapes were amazing at blocking out the Texas summer sun. The room service staff were incredible and accommodating. The pools were wonderful as always. There are plenty of umbrellas available for guests. The views from the balconies, restaurants, and pools are spectacular. The property feels incredibly safe whether I was walking around by myself at 8am or 2am. This place has everything you could need for a few days stay without needing to go anywhere. Once I checked in, I didn't get back in my car until I checked out. Can't wait to plan my next trip!!

Hotel and rooms are dated. Daily valet and resort fees were excessive. only downsides

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We did a staycation for the weekend and had the best time relaxing. Pools are great (adults only one especially), loved the spa and golfing, and dinner at Blind Salamander was a favorite. Truly such a beautiful, scenic resort, we will definitely be back!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant options. Spa and pools are a bit outdated but overall worth the stay. Will not return.

I’ve stayed here several times and had great experiences but the last time I was double charged for the room and I had to reach out several times to get the charge reversed. So I won’t be staying here ever again.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful to my baby daughter, wife, and myself. I look forward to coming to this resort every year for our newly started family tradition!
