Clean room. Sofa needs to be replaced. Cleaning staff never showed up.

Anytime I can stay here I do! It is like you aren’t in Austin- such a beautiful property! Clean, and friendly staff! They could use a few more appetizers for bar food but it worked. Had drinks there after an event that night.

Clean room, bed was decent but not wonderful. Elevators were slow. The restroom door isn’t true door it has slits so that was not thought out well

Excellent place and great staff

We did the wine and food pairing tasting and the food was PHENOMENAL! The staff were all excellent. The bed and room was great. We stayed in a suite, the bathtub and shower were great. Property was so clean and smelled great. We ordered room service and the food was delicious and was delivered very quickly. We did the spa “Love Package” it came with a refreshment, 80 minute massage (deep tissue, Swedish, etc.) a 25 minute private mineral bath and a great meal! The masseuses were so good. They were very friendly, professional and the massages were perfect. Our overall experience was 10/10. It was a perfect, romantic couples trip!

Clean and beautiful room.

Not thing special to say. Over all I think it’s okay. Location is at quiet area, but little far away from downtown.

Beautiful facility, very good service

The room was beautiful and immaculate. We loved the views and the soaker tub. We did have one hiccup: we ordered room service and we found there was an item missing only after room service had left. It was impossible to reach anyone in the kitchen, I was put on hold and disconnected a few times. Eventually, I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to wait at the hostess stand until they procured the item that was missing. Not a big thing, but I was disappointed that the only thing they offered was an apology.

The hotel is not necessarily a resort but it is more than a hotel. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is so good. The pool and spa look nice, although, I didn’t make use of either for this stay. There is free covered parking. The views are nice and the room comfortable. It is well worth the reasonable price. I will be back.

Unhappy, when the hotels like to charge convenience/resort fees. They should just put in in the rate. I have to walk outside in the heat and rain to get to a parking garage that's not connected. Small Pool was crowded with kids everywhere. However, the singer "Dre" in the bar was fantastic.

Nigh (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was kind, professional and quite helpful. The pool and hot tub was nice and we enjoyed everyones help including the room service staff. We will definitely come again to enjoy the Italian vibes.

Have been going there for years and will continue do so!
