Our room was on the 5th floor, so we could hear the homeless couple fighting outside.

Our initial room was super small for 2 adults staying 6 nites. When checking in we were informed that it was their 1st day under new management. The kitchen had no chef, the bar couldn't process any orders unless you did a room charge and the rooftop bar every nite had a private party going on!! So we couldn't even enjoy the rooftop bar. But we had a wonderful employee, Ryan who helped us with our room. He was awesome. Two times in 6 days our room wasn't cleaned. Even after asking for it to be. The 2nd time it took 4 calls in 24 hours!!! After getting back from being gone all day & arriving to our dirty room at 12am we called & adked just for clean towels & water. We finally had a security guy bring us clean towels & 1 bottle of water as they ran out. It was 1AM! The young men who greeted you at the front door were always smiling, greeting you with enthusiasm & super nice.

Disappointing that rooftop bar was closed. Great location and staff!

Very convenient location. Close to the Capitol and bars/restaurants downtown. Great views from the upper floors. Seemed like it was in the middle of renovations, but what was completed was nice and modern

super friendly staff! From Check- in to check out :-)

Overall a great hotel the rooms are a bit tighter than the usual standard hotel rooms. I had king size room and the parking garage is not attached to hotel so easy access to car if you were to forget something is not so easy. Valet only.

The main thing was the extremely small rooms. The pictures don't show just how small they are. I would not have picked this hotel if I knew. But also, the sink faucet leaked from the base when used. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There was no top sheet on the bed....only bottom sheet and then the comforter. Location of the property is pretty good and the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

View was good The moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a two-star hotel. The lobby was very dirty and outdated, and the check-in process took a long time because the computer kept freezing. However, the receptionist was excellent. She called a maintenance employee, who accompanied me to the room and opened the door so I could get inside while they prepared my key card.

The hotel is in a great area near a lot of restaurants and bars. It was also only about a 30min walk to campus. On the 2nd to last day the hotel experienced a power outage, but the staff was helpful in getting us to one of their other hotels right away.

What a fantastic hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet room with modern amenities two blocks from the Capitol. Great location in downtown Austin. Will definitely stay here again.

For the overpriced you charge for that room it was not very good. The staff wasn’t helpful to get a late check out. Restaurant wasn’t even open last night. Should not be able to price gouge because there’s a football game in town.

Hotel was fine but the power went out at 2:00 am and was not back on when I left at 9:00 the next morning. Power was needed for water pump so that meant no AC for most of night and no water/shower in the morning. So nothing like sweating at night and not even being able to shower.
