Room format is very cozy. Feels like a place that might be in Tokyo. If that is not your Jam avoid.

The concept is very different than a traditional hotel The room door has a little gap on the bottom to the hallway

Location, close to the areas of interest. Their rooms are tiny with very little space to move around. Storage is limited myself and partner did not like the glass shower and toilet unit.

The mattress on the bed was comfortable. The staff was great. The location was also great. The carpet in the hallways was dirty. We had to request housekeeping. The floor in our room (not carpeted) was not very clean upon arrival.

Clean, sci-fi experience. Really energetic, helpful staff. The TV refused to work with the iPad. Doc showed me how to use the remote control to get it operational, but I had to do this every time I turn it on. Not the end of the world. Just an annoyance.

Nothing Dirty , AC DOES NOT WORK. Ac controlled by hotel and lowest is 72 . When you complain about it being hot they provide you with a small fan

Quiet and comfortable bedroom. Self checkin got complicated with one reservation for multiple rooms. Bed is up against the window so less than ideal for two people. Price is high for the size of the room.

Beautifully decorated, happy hour, bar, food available, clean and bed was comfortable. Quiet A/C and cool mood lights in room. Our room, bathroom and shower was ridiculously small. Could barely function in room with two people. Bed was built into the window so you had to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. Barely enough space for belongings and clothes. No fan option.

Super cool decor, very centrally located great staff! The bedroom had fun mood settings! The room was a little warm for me and we couldn’t get it to turn down

It was super loud, iron was not working, the room was very very cold, the sink would not drain the water Loud and the stuff at the front desk were not helpful. I need to speak to a manager
