The staff was very accommodating throughout the building. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the extended hours of breakfast and the options available.

Parking was not free, and there was not a free breakfast available. Both of these were reasons I chose this location in the first place, so I was highly disappointed by this revelation. However, the room was clean and presentable, and the restaurant in the hotel lobby had excellent food. The pool was also very comfortable and relaxing. In all, not a bad stay, but I would appreciate more accurate amenities advertisement through Hotel Engine in the future.

The property was in a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just as welcoming and clean. I feel the self parking is a little much for $45 with 3 levels of Valet Parking that was empty while we were there. But the ease of access from parking to room made up for it.

There was no self parking at all because most of the floors were taken by valet so we were forced to use valet. That was extremely annoying. Also ice machine on the 10th floor was not working… will not be staying in this hotel again

The hotel had no hot water. The shower floor had a big crack in it and there was mold and rust on the vent in the bathroom. The garage was very difficult to navigate with the Holiday Inn next door.
